AXA Advisors

Jay S. Bentz, ChFC, CLU, LUTCF

My name is Jay Bentz.  Welcome to my Web site.

As a AXA Advisors financial professional and a active member of the Sioux Falls, South Dakota,  area community,  I am dedicated to help individuals and businesses build their financial futures and reach their goals.

I started with this organization in 1983.  To stay on top of my field and develop skills over the past 27 years,  I have regularly attended industry training and certification programs. This includes completing the curriculum and passing the rigorous exams for the:

  • Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) professional designation of the American College
  • Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) professional designation of the American College
  • Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) professional designation of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors
  • FINRA Registrations: Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, Series 65

My academic achievement include:

  • A bachelor of arts degree in business, with a minor in mathematics from the University of Sioux Falls

My experience, education, and professional affiliations have fostered my practical approach to offering financial products and planning services to my clients.  Through our firm AXA Advisors, LLC.,  you and I working together can formulate a strategy to help you address and reach your goals.  We do not do this by recommending a combination of unrelated products, but by gathering information on your specific financial goals and investment objectives.  Once we have a complete picture of your situation,  we will then recommend suitable programs and services to help execute your strategy and reach your goals.

Maintaining a strong sense of community and a solid professional foundation are very important to me.  My community activities and professional affiliations include:

  • Member of the St. Michael Catholic Church and School Parish Council
  • Member of the St. Michael Catholic Church Finance Council
  • President of the Cornbelt League Amateur Baseball League
  • Member of the O'Gorman / Sioux Falls Catholic Schools Bob Burns Dakota Bowl Committee
  • Manager / Player of the Dell Rapids Blue Ribbon Amateur Baseball Team
  • Member of the AXA Advisors Sioux Empire Scholarship Fund Board

My wife Sue and I live in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, with our three children.

Thanks for visiting!  Jay
